In the highly unlikely event you are not happy with your order for any reason, email us at Returns@GameofKnives.com within 14 days of receiving the package and let us know if you would like a return or exchange**.
We do not charge a restocking fee like other online shops. However, the customer will have to pay for their own shipping when returning the item(s).
Please see below for the return/exchange process:
- Returns/Exchange must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date
- Item(s) must be in original, brand new (unused*) condition.
- Item(s) not received within 10 days of return request will be denied refund
- Please be sure to include your order number and item(s) list you plan to return in your email.
- Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
- Please package item(s) in same way it was received, We encourage you to purchase insurance for the amount of purchase price. Item(s) received damaged or lost will not be refunded.
- Item(s) must be returned in full, missing parts and/or accessories can void your return or you may be charged up to 70% of total cost.
- Once inspected and approved for refund, a full refund for purchase price will be issued.
Assuming all conditions above are met, you will be refunded the entire within 48 hours of us receiving the returned item(s).
We also offer store credit in the amount of your purchase order as a option to a full refund.

Game of Knives meticulous packs every package with great care to ensure your product arrive the way it left our facility, intact! We understand that accidents happen and in the highly unlikely event your item(s) arrived damaged we will replace the damaged item(s).
Please DO NOT use damaged/defective item(s) or attempt to fix!

Please see below for the replacement process:
- Call or E-mail us within 24 hours of product delivery. Damages notified beyond 24 hours will be assumed item was broken while in your possession.
- Take photos of all packaging and materials, AND 3-4 high res pictures of the damaged item(s) and email us.
- We will send you an RMA number and a return shipping label (for non-glass products).
- Repackage the item in the box it arrived in, and send it back
- Receive brand new replacement.

If You Receive The Wrong Item:
DO NOT use the item(s). Please call ((888) 282-6575) or email us (email@example.com) within 48 hours. We will either send you a shipping label to return the item, or let you keep it and we will send you the correct item. Either way, you will get what you ordered.
*We Do Not accept returns/exchanges on used items. If the items smells or looks used or even if it was cleaned after a single use we will destroy the item(s) and deny a return/exchange and you will be charged. No exceptions to this rule.
